YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE TO OFFER, ADVERTISE, OR PROMOTE PROSTITUTION, SEX TRAFFICKING, OR UNLAWFUL SEX ACTS BY FORCE, FRAUD, OR COERCION.

Users shall be solely responsible for their use of the app. The Peepo2Peepo application is for the personal use of users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial enterprises or intentions.

Upon installation of the Peepo2Peepo application, various device related and personal information may be recorded, including your name, your address and phone number, device model, your service provider. Additionally, your account information, as well as other payment and personal information. Any personal information gathered will be maintained and used in accordance with Peepo2Peepo’s privacy policy as amended from time to time.

Peepo2Peepo reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the information or material you submit to the Services or post in the public areas of the Services. Peepo2Peepo will have the right to remove any such information or material that in its sole opinion violates, or may violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement or upon the request of any third party. Peepo2Peepo further reserves the right to remove matches previously delivered to you, in its reasonable discretion, in order to assure that you have a quality experience on the Site.

The user is responsible for all details he/she provides. He/she must ensure that the details he/she provides are truthful and describe him/her personally. The user undertakes to refrain from willfully presenting data from third parties as his/her own. Willfully false details or details made with fraudulent intentions, in particular providing the bank or credit card details of a third party without their consent, can carry legal consequences.

Indemnification- You agree to protect and fully compensate Peepo2Peepo, its affiliates and partners and our and their principals, employees and agents, service providers and billers from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your provision of Content to the Service, or your infringement or infringement by any other User of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
